Perform Digital is looking for independent sales representatives anywhere in Australia to put our AI software products in front of the right buyers. You bring the relationships and the conversations; we bring the product, the demos and the technical depth.

What you'll be selling

You'll sell AI software products that Perform Digital Pty Ltd builds and owns, to Australian enterprise and government organisations. We share full product details, demonstrations and pricing with shortlisted candidates once we've spoken.

What you'll do

• Find and qualify opportunities for our products across Australia.
• Run first conversations and discovery with prospective buyers.
• Bring in the Perform Digital team for product demonstrations, technical questions and proposals.
• Manage your own pipeline and see deals through to signature.

Who we're looking for

• A track record selling B2B software, SaaS or technology services, ideally into enterprise or government.
• An existing network among the kinds of buyers above.
• Comfort explaining technical products in plain language, and knowing when to bring in a specialist.
• An active Australian Business Number (ABN) and the right to work in Australia.

How the arrangement works

• This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. There is no salary.
• You're paid 15% commission on closed sales. The full commission terms are set out in your contractor agreement.
• You decide your own hours, methods and which opportunities to pursue, and you work from anywhere in Australia.
• You're engaged by Perform Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 39 701 672 166) under a written contractor agreement.
